Role and Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy of critical information within USPS systems. You will be responsible for processing and updating data to ensure seamless internal operations.

• Enter and update data into USPS systems with high accuracy
• Verify and correct data inconsistencies
• Maintain records of activities and tasks
• Respond to data inquiries and provide timely resolutions
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Support other administrative tasks as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role
