• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing packages
• Operate sorting equipment and fulfill shipment preparation protocols
• Scan, label, and verify items to maintain tracking integrity
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate shipping schedules
• Follow safety guidelines and operational procedures at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment area

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a physically demanding environment
• Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer operations
• Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling packages up to standard postal weight limits

• Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics
