- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions

- Manage shipping transactions, process payments, and issue receipts
- Assist customers with package tracking, claims, and delivery questions
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Promote USPS offerings by explaining new products or services
