Job Description:

Efficiently delivering courteous service to customers is the main objective for Cash Keeper at Burger King who serve as the face of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers as they enter and exit the establishment with a warm reception.
• Operate cash registers to execute sales transactions with customers.
• As a cashier, your job responsibilities include scanning the products, verifying their prices, accepting the payment, and giving the required amount of change back.
• Dispense acknowledgments of transactions, repayments, admissions, and coin replacements.
• Provide exceptional customer support by attending to their complaints, guiding them through the resolution process, and offering relevant information.
• A clutter-free checkout environment creates a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Scrutinize balance sheets for any discrepancies and report them to the designated personnel.

Qualifications:

• Past experience as a Retail Cashier or in a related customer service capacity that demonstrates skills and knowledge needed for the role.
• Basic PC knowledge.
• Capable of working with electronic devices such as POS systems and cash registers.
• Good math skills.
• Successful individuals demonstrate proficient communication and time management skills.
• Customer satisfactionoriented.
• The minimum requirement for this position is a high school diploma or its equivalent.
