Key Responsibilities:

• Use dishwashing equipment to efficiently clean and sanitize a variety of items including dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing zone to meet health and safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining a well-stocked kitchen with washed plates, bowls, and essential cooking tools to support the lively pace of the restaurant.
• The proper management of trash, recyclables, and kitchen waste is crucial for maintaining a sanitized and clutter-free workspace.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service personnel to ensure a smooth operation and timely service for patrons.
• Aid in completing additional cleaning duties, such as wiping counters and sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
