The Assistant Guest Services Manager is accountable for ensuring that all food safety protocols and health regulations are adhered to. A responsible AM conducts regular inspections and enforces all necessary corrective actions to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

PROFITABILITY
- Manages expenditures related to inventory and preserves inventory integrity by conducting daily, weekly, and monthly inventory inspections
- Manages the transportation of inventory through truck orders, from point of origin to destination
- Maintains a detailed log of every restaurant asset, including its condition, location, age, value, and any maintenance and repair history
- The preventative maintenance of the restaurant's facility and equipment must be in accordance with the company's guidelines, and communication with third-party vendors may be required
- Puts in place mechanisms to guarantee that the restaurant is following cash control procedures such as determining the adequacy of cash reserves and monitoring related transactions
GUEST
- This strategy involves setting and maintaining high standards for service quality and facility upkeep while providing frequent feedback and recognition to motivate and engage team members
PEOPLE
- Our aim is to raise the restaurant's performance by enhancing the capabilities of the team, and we believe that investing in the development of Shifts Coordinators and Team Members is key to achieving this goal
OPERATIONS:
- Supervises the restaurant staff in swiftly and accurately preparing and selling products within the established speed of service guidelines for timely delivery
- Monitoring the Adherence of Restaurant's Operational and Brand Standards
Functions as the Hourly Shift Coordinator when there is a shortage of personnel in the position
Qualifications and Skills:
- To qualify, one must be of legal age, which is 18 years old
- Any candidate who wants to be considered must have a high school diploma or GED, and having completed two years of college education is preferable
- Experience working in fast food establishments for at least a year or two is mandatory, with a preference for those who have previous management experience
- Accurately tracking and managing expenses is a crucial part of P&L management and can reveal areas where savings can be made without compromising quality
- Demonstrated leadership skills
