Responsibilities:

• Apply the brand's unique frosting design quickly, reliably, and with top-notch quality on cakes.
• Maintain a sanitary and well-organized frosting station.
• Comply with accurate protocols for the presentation and decor of cakes.
• Ensure the constant freshness and availability of frosting supplies by regularly rotating and restocking them.
• Assist in the sanitation and washing of bakery items and machinery to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure cakes are in line with guest expectations and are delivered within the specified timelines.
• Consistently uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety in the bakery environment.
• Engage in training opportunities and group discussions to help create a lively and enjoyable bakery ambiance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• While prior knowledge in baking, cake decorating, or hospitality is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite as training will be provided.
• Careful observation of details and a sense of accomplishment in one's craft.
• Capability to expedite tasks with proficiency and precision.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working with repetitive hand movements.
• Emphasizing a collaborative approach with strong communication aptitude.
• It is recommended that applicants hold a high school diploma or comparable credential.

Salary:

- Based on one's experience, where they are located, and their shift preferences, the monthly pay can vary between ?12,000 and ?18,000
