The Assistant Restaurant Supervisor is a key member of the restaurant's management team and plays a critical role in supporting the RGM in achieving business objectives. The AM must be able to think strategically and act decisively for the benefit of the restaurant.

PROFITABILITY
- Supervises inventory costs and safeguards inventory accuracy through the implementation of frequent inventory verifications that occur daily, weekly, and monthly
- Facilitates the inventory management process through accurate truck order tracking and scheduling
- Conducts periodic spot checks on restaurant assets to verify their location, condition, and ownership
- Adhering to company standards when carrying out preventative maintenance on the restaurant's facility and equipment is crucial, and external vendors may need to be consulted for certain tasks
- Conducts regular training sessions for employees to educate them on proper cash handling procedures and reinforce security measures
GUEST
- Team members are encouraged to work together to achieve the ultimate goal of providing top-notch service in a spotless facility
PEOPLE

OPERATIONS:
- Manages the restaurant team, overseeing the efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to ensure prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines
- Preserving the Restaurant's Operational and Brand Consistency
Carries out the responsibilities of the Hourly Shift Coordinator in times of scarcity or absence
Qualifications and Skills:
- Only persons who are 18 years old or above are permitted
- For job qualification, it is vital to possess a high school diploma or GED, and having completed two years of college education would be advantageous
- The ideal candidate should possess experience working in quick service restaurants for a period of about 1-2 years, with a preference for those with previous management roles
- Effective P&L interpretation and management requires adopting a proactive approach, anticipating potential issues and challenges before they arise
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Attentive guest service can increase the likelihood of return business, and satisfied customers are more likely to post positive reviews and references online
- My work schedule is flexible and includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
