Bakery Associate

Job Summary:

Nothing Bundt Cakes places great importance on the role of the Froster in spreading joy. As the skilled decorator responsible for adding the finishing touch to each cake, you will use your expertise to apply the brand's distinctive frosting with precision and attention to detail. Responsibilities:

• Execute the brand's recognizable frosting pattern on cakes promptly, consistently, and with excellence.
• Ensure that the frosting station is kept clean, organized, and hygienic.
• Abide by detailed procedures for the presentation and ornamentation of cakes.
• Guarantee the availability and freshness of frosting resources through effective stock management and rotation practices.
• Help in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of bakery tools and equipment through washing and cleaning tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members to uphold guest satisfaction by meeting cake expectations and delivery deadlines.
• Uphold strict cleanliness and safety measures to maintain product quality and integrity in the bakery.
• Be present at training sessions and team meetings to play a role in maintaining a positive and joyful bakery setting.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Although familiarity with baking, cake decorating, or food service is helpful, it is not mandatory as training will be given.
• Diligence in observing fine points and feeling proud of one's skillful execution.
• Efficiency in executing tasks rapidly while upholding high standards of quality.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working with repetitive hand movements.
• Having a group-oriented outlook and superior communication skills.
• Candidates with a high school diploma or similar certification are preferred.

Salary:

- Monthly income can be anywhere from ?12,000 to ?18,000, with differences based on experience level, location, and availability for shifts
