Role and Responsibilities:

As a Postal Logistics Associate, you will support USPS operations by ensuring accurate handling, sorting, and movement of packages and mail. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of logistics operations.

• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages accurately and efficiently
• Operate mail processing equipment and conveyor systems
• Load and unload mail trucks and ensure proper routing of packages
• Maintain records of shipments and track mail flow to ensure timely delivery
• Inspect mail items for damage and ensure compliance with USPS regulations
• Collaborate with other postal staff to maintain workflow and resolve logistical issues
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and postal handling procedures

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to lift and move packages up to 70 lbs repeatedly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in operating mail sorting and logistics equipment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or postal operations
