Responsibilities:

• Extend a pleasant greeting to guests both in face-to-face interactions and over the phone, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Enter customer orders promptly and accurately through the point-of-sale platform.
• Remain well-informed about the menu options, different sauces available, current promotions, and be ready to offer personalized recommendations.
• Execute transactions accurately, including those involving cash, credit cards, and gift certificates.
• Review and ensure the accuracy and visual appeal of orders to confirm they are ready for customer handover.
• Guarantee that orders are fulfilled and dispatched within the agreed-upon time limit.
• Finalize the cash drawer balance at the end of your shift and share the total amounts.
• Ensure that the front-of-house and customer areas are consistently clean and well-arranged.
• Ensure a hygienic work environment by promoting food safety and sanitation standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries or complaints professionally, involving management if the situation calls for it.
• Safeguard the brand image of Wingstop by always looking presentable and well-kept.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Having worked as a cashier or in a restaurant previously is a positive factor.
• Candidates must obtain or be open to obtaining a valid Food Handler Certification.
• Understanding of POS software implemented on computers.
• Demonstrated ability in handling cash and basic mathematical calculations.
• Skilled in effective dialogue and forming meaningful connections.
• Ability to function effectively under pressure within a fast-paced team environment.
• Dependable, polite, and always upholding professionalism.

Salary:

A monthly salary between ?13,000 and ?20,000 is achievable, with variables such as experience, location, and shift availability playing a crucial role
