Role and Responsibilities:

- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Operate postal equipment for mail handling and distribution
- Assist customers at service counters with postage and mailing needs
- Load and unload mail trucks and ensure accurate shipment tracking
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work areas
- Follow all USPS policies and procedures for mail handling and security
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Physical ability to lift and carry mail and packages as required
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays if needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, or delivery services
- Familiarity with package scanning tools or logistics systems
