This job opening is for a Inventory and Receiving Supervisor of Inventory and Receiving who will lead a team of 3-5 people and be responsible for inventory control. Collaboration with both purchasing and accounting is integral to the position.
The role of Inventory and Receiving Supervisor for Ecommerce/Pick & Pack encompasses managing a team of up to 10 members and maintaining the daily ecommerce service level standards, with extensive collaboration with both the marketing and customer care departments.
The Wholesale Distribution Inventory and Receiving Supervisor (40 hours per week) has a crucial role in overseeing the service level standards of our wholesale business. You will be managing a team of 3-5 employees and collaborating with key stakeholders including the purchasing and accounting departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Tasked with overseeing the service level targets specific to their area, the individual is responsible for cultivating strong teams, managing operations expertly, and putting safety first and foremost
- Responsible for managing the performance of employees who report directly to them
- Work alongside management to establish and implement sustainable practices that benefit both employees and the overall community
Required Qualifications:
- With over 5 years of direct experience and more than 2 years of managerial experience, the candidate has developed a deep understanding of the field and possesses strong leadership capabilities.
- An Associate Degree or above is mandatory.
- Knowledgeable with computers is a necessary skill set for preferred Inventory and Receiving Supervisors
- A resolute focus on meeting job duties, an unwavering attendance record, and a willingness to work collaboratively with others exemplify a strong sense of duty, dependable attendance, and a team-oriented perspective
- Proficiency in managing objects weighing 70lbs.
