Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Promoting customer-centric behavior should not only be limited to customers, but it should also be extend to associates. Creating a culture of customer service excellence promotes personal and professional growth and helps to build a cohesive and productive workforce
• Create a feedback loop to ensure company initiatives are effective and make necessary changes as needed
• Provide a friendly introduction to clients, address their inquiries, and propose commodities to enhance their visit and achieve sales goals
• The customer service area and equipment require regular cleaning to provide a hygienic and comfortable environment for customers
• Prepare a variety of beverages that meet the standard for customers, including both Coffee of the Day and espresso-based drinks
• Each employee is responsible for their work duties, and it's important to perform them diligently. This ensures the efficiency of the store's operations and customer satisfaction
• Perform the assigned cleaning duties as per the duty rosters and adhere to the cleaning standards that are mentioned
• Observe protocols for displaying, restocking, rotating, and protecting all items in your inventory
• Following the procedures outlined in the company's cash handling and register policies is essential to maintain the accuracy of financial records and ensure that all transactions are recorded correctly
• Conform to the inventory stocking and recording policies to contribute to the smooth functioning of the business
• The hiring process will assess whether the applicant can competently perform the necessary job functions, regardless of whether accommodations are needed

Qualifications:

MINIMUM

• Expertise in performing in a fast-moving setting
• Possessing the ability to complete the Initial Store Training program and score a minimum of 90% in barista certification is a must-have qualification for any aspiring barista
• To achieve the ability to pass a drug test, one must be willing to put in the time and effort to make the necessary lifestyle changes and take precautions to ensure a clean system
• Candidates who have not yet reached 16 years of age will not meet the minimum age requirement for this position
• For this job, it is necessary for applicants to hold a high school diploma or an equivalent GED certificate. Furthermore, they should have worked in a customer service role for at least six months, or display a suitable combination of relevant education and experience
• The skill of organizing and prioritizing tasks proficiently is a hallmark of individuals who have excelled in their professions
• Accuracy/attention to detail
• Willingness to work on weekends regularly, adaptability with various shift options, and availability for overtime work when necessary
