The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for managing a team of 20-45 employees, including Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members. They oversee their performance, provide coaching, and develop strategies to improve job satisfaction and retention.

PROFITABILITY

OPERATIONS:
- Directs the restaurant crew to expedite the preparation and vending of goods with accuracy, making sure they are delivered on time according to set speed of service standards
- Upholding Restaurant's Operational and Brand Standards
Acts as the Hourly Shift Coordinator in cases of emergency or when the position is vacant
Qualifications and Skills:
- Only those who are at least 18 years old can participate
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, though two years of college education is desired
- Those with 1-2 years of experience in the fast food industry are encouraged to apply for this position, while individuals who have managed others in the past will be given priority consideration
- Understanding the various components of a profit and loss statement, such as revenue, cost of goods sold, and expenses, is essential in properly managing a company's finances
