Wingstop is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead one of our high-energy restaurant locations. As General Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of daily operations, team development, and ensuring profitability and compliance. Responsibilities
- Administer the daily functions of the restaurant to ensure excellence in food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and team performance.
- Onboard, teach, and develop staff while creating an atmosphere of respect and enthusiasm within the workplace.
- Exemplify exceptional service and foster a culture of accountability among the team.
- Achieve financial savings by effectively managing inventory, scheduling, and ordering to optimize food and labor costs.
- Monitor the financial progress, define targets, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability levels.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, as well as company policies, at all times.
- Schedule consistent team gatherings to unify objectives and reaffirm the principles of the organization.
- Collaborate with district and regional managers to support marketing campaigns and enhance community engagement efforts.
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure strong guest satisfaction scores are maintained.
- Foster an atmosphere of continuous enhancement and promote the internal expansion of knowledge and skills.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in leading and managing restaurant operations with a specialized focus on food service management, particularly with a background in Wingstop establishments preferred
- A mandatory condition is the possession of a valid Food Manager Certification
- Having a valid TABC Certification is mandatory
- Necessary transportation and the ability to travel to designated store(s) is a requirement
- The job mandates the capacity to work varying hours, encompassing nights, weekends, and holidays
- It is mandatory to wear black shoes with slip-proof soles as part of the approved uniform
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred but not obligatory
- Showcase proficiency in interpersonal dynamics, critical thinking, and group collaboration
- Keen enthusiasm for constructing enduring guest experiences and guiding staff development
