Qualification:
- The GED exam covers four subjects: math, science, social studies, and language arts, and requires significant studying and preparation
- Individuals who are not yet 18 are ineligible for this program
- The proficiency to keep confidential material secure and maintain its confidentiality is a fundamental requirement in any company

- Do you possess any experience with inventory control within a retail environment?
- Expertise in interpreting customer inquiries and utilizing registered data to provide accurate and timely responses and solutions in both phone and online settings
- Follow the company's procedures and HIPAA mandates when sharing patient information externally or internally
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all activities related to customer service while releasing products to patients and dispensing products, which may be permissible under state laws
- Understand and adhere to the established policies on operating the cash register while meticulously following the cashier handling guidelines that minimize financial loses. These guidelines encompass managing electronic payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards, EBT, and Gift Cards, besides cash and check transactions
- Comply with the guidelines for accepting and tendering vendor coupons, limitations on cash shortages, and company shrinkage protocols
- Offering exceptional customer service is key to promoting sales and services. Make sure you are always friendly, knowledgeable, and available to answer any questions or concerns
- Deal with phone calls in a timely manner by assessing their importance and directing them to the relevant person
- It is crucial to conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical inventory levels with recorded levels to ensure accuracy and avoid discrepancies
- Implement the company standard operating procedures for computerized inventory management and ordering of non-legend drugs, ensuring proper tracking and utilization of stock
- Observe the guidelines established by the department by maintaining clean and tidy work stations and customer waiting areas
- A personalized and thoughtful approach can make customers feel like they are not just a transaction but a valued member of the community
- Observe and enforce all hygiene and safety policies and regulations as prescribed by the company, state, federal, and local health code regulations. Be vigilant and identify any hazardous condition and inform store management promptly
- Observe the laws and regulations of the locality, state and federal jurisdiction, and notify authorities of any illegal activities, such as burglary, misappropriation or scamming
- The role demands the employee to carry out its central duties, irrespective of whether they have support or not, thereby necessitating specific qualifications
