Responsibilities
- Direct the restaurant's daily operations to ensure excellence in food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and team performance.
- Engage in recruiting, training, and evolving team members while encouraging a culture of respect and active participation at work.
- Serve as a model for exceptional hospitality and encourage team members to take ownership of their responsibilities.
- Optimize the allocation of resources by managing inventory, scheduling, and ordering activities to reduce expenses associated with food and labor.
- Monitor the financial outcomes, set objectives, and execute approaches to enhance revenue and profitability.
- Guarantee full observance of health, safety, and sanitation requirements, in addition to company policies.
- Schedule periodic team assemblies to unify targets and uphold the ethos of the organization.
- Assist in driving marketing initiatives and engaging with the community by teaming up with district and regional leadership.
- Deal with customer issues swiftly and proficiently, aiming to maintain excellent guest satisfaction ratings.
- Encourage a climate of continuous advancement and advocate for the internal enrichment of individuals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in food service management and administration, with a focus on leadership responsibilities and operational oversight, ideally within a Wingstop environment
- The possession of an up-to-date Food Manager Certification is obligatory
- An active TABC Certification is a must
- It is required to have reliable transportation and the ability to commute to assigned store(s)
- The job necessitates being able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
- The uniform policy stipulates the need for black shoes that offer slip-resistance
- It is preferable to speak both English and Spanish, although it is not obligatory
- Possess strong capabilities in connecting with others, addressing problems, and enhancing team dynamics
