Job Summary:

The Froster role at Nothing Bundt Cakes is essential in creating moments of delight through cake decoration. With precision and care, you will transform each cake into a visually appealing centerpiece by artfully applying the brand's signature frosting. Whether it's a birthday, a wedding, or a small gesture of appreciation, your craftsmanship contributes to making ordinary days special and memorable. Responsibilities:

• Maintain a quick, consistent, and high-quality frosting design on cakes that aligns with the brand's identity.
• Ensure that the frosting station remains clean, neat, and sanitary at all times.
• Adhere to exact processes for displaying and decorating cakes.
• Manage the rotation of frosting supplies to keep them fresh and available for immediate use.
• Aid in the cleaning, sanitizing, and washing of bakery tools and equipment to adhere to hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure that cakes meet guest preferences and are delivered promptly.
• Uphold stringent sanitation practices and safety standards to preserve the integrity of bakery products.
• Get involved in training sessions and team meetings to help cultivate a positive and enjoyable bakery atmosphere.

Qualifications and Experience:

• While experience in baking, cake decoration, or the food service industry is preferred, it is not mandatory as full training will be provided.
• Precision in examining particulars and finding fulfillment in the craftsmanship displayed.
• Demonstrating efficiency in task execution with a focus on maintaining high standards.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working with repetitive hand movements.
• Encouraging teamwork and demonstrating exceptional communication competencies.
• A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is preferred.

Salary:

- Within the monthly salary bracket of ?12,000 to ?18,000, differences can be attributed to experience, location, and shift preferences
