Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dishwashing tasks using equipment to efficiently sanitize and clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots.
• Uphold the cleanliness and arrangement of the dishwashing space in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in restocking the kitchen with washed plates, bowls, and cooking utensils to facilitate the fast-paced atmosphere of the restaurant.
• It is important to dispose of trash, recyclables, and kitchen waste in a suitable manner to sustain a clean and uncluttered workspace.
• Work in tandem with kitchen and service staff to orchestrate a seamless operation and timely guest satisfaction.
• Assist with supplementary cleaning tasks like wiping down counters and sweeping and mopping floors if necessary.
