Job Description:

Burger King Cash Handling Associate are the point of contact for customers during checkout and have the crucial responsibility of providing fast and polite service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests to the business with a friendly hello and express appreciation for their visit as they exit the premises.
• Handle customer payments utilizing cash registers.
• At the checkout, a cashier must scan the items, double-check their costs, receive the required payments, and deliver the appropriate change.
• Provide printed evidence of payment, refunds, entry passes, and coin modifications.
• Address customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, guide them through the resolution process, and furnish them with relevant information.
• A tidy checkout area helps to streamline the checkout process and reduce waiting times for customers.
• Review balance sheets for any discrepancies and report findings to higher authorities.

Qualifications:

• Documented history of success as a Retail Cashier or in a comparable customer service role.
• Basic PC knowledge.
• Skilled at handling digital equipment, such as cash registers and point of sale machines.
• Good math skills.
• Communication and time management skills are key components for personal and professional excellence.
• Customer satisfactionoriented.
• A high school degree or a similar certification is obligatory.
