Role and Responsibilities:

As a Store Sales Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customers have a positive and efficient experience at USPS retail counters. You will support operational goals by promoting postal products and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Assist customers with mailing and shipping services, including processing transactions and advising on product options
• Promote USPS services and products to customers, explaining benefits and answering questions clearly
• Handle payments accurately and operate point-of-sale systems efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail areas
• Support inventory management and restocking of retail products
• Ensure compliance with USPS policies and safety procedures
• Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to supervisors as needed
