Responsibilities:

• Create a friendly atmosphere by warmly welcoming guests in person and during phone conversations.
• Enter customer orders promptly and accurately through the point-of-sale platform.
• Stay knowledgeable about the items on the menu, assortment of sauces, ongoing promotions, and be prepared to provide individualized suggestions.
• Conduct transactional activities with precision, such as handling cash, credit cards, and gift cards.
• Verify and monitor the precision and layout of orders to ascertain their accuracy and presentation prior to customer handoff.
• Guarantee the preparation and delivery of orders within the given time period.
• Wrap up the day's cash transactions by balancing the cash drawer and documenting the totals.
• Ensure that the front-of-house and customer areas are consistently clean and well-arranged.
• Encourage a culture of cleanliness and safety by following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage guest inquiries or complaints in a professional and efficient manner, involving higher-ups when it is appropriate.
• Maintain the pristine image of Wingstop by presenting oneself in a clean and orderly manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

• It is beneficial if you have prior experience working as a cashier or in the restaurant industry.
• The possession of a valid Food Handler Certification is a must or must be pursued.
• Competence with electronic point of sale technology.
• Adeptness in managing cash transactions and possessing rudimentary math skills.
• Demonstrates remarkable abilities in expressing ideas and connecting with individuals.
• Ability to function effectively under pressure within a fast-paced team environment.

Salary:

The monthly income can vary between ?13,000 and ?20,000, influenced by factors like the individual's level of experience, where they are located, and their flexibility with shifts
