- Enter and update data into USPS systems with high accuracy
- Verify and correct data inconsistencies
- Maintain records of activities and tasks
- Respond to data inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
