Wingstop is looking for an energetic General Manager to manage one of their bustling restaurant locations. Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day functions of the restaurant to maintain top-notch standards in food quality, customer service, sanitation, and staff efficiency.
• Enlist, educate, and advance staff members while cultivating a culture of respect and motivation in the workplace.
• Take the lead by displaying top-notch hospitality and fostering accountability within the team.
• Utilize strategic management of inventory, scheduling, and ordering processes to maximize cost savings related to food and labor expenditures.
• Keep track of the economic achievements, define targets, and carry out plans to boost income and financial viability.
• Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and organizational rules.
• Arrange routine team sessions to synchronize objectives and strengthen the beliefs of the company.
• Work together with district and regional leaders to promote marketing strategies and foster connections with the community.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and with a high degree of professionalism to ensure positive guest feedback.
• Cultivate an atmosphere that values constant progress and nurtures the advancement of existing resources.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous involvement in overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant or food service business, with a strong emphasis on leadership skills and expertise, with a preference for experience within the Wingstop brand
• Having a valid Food Manager Certification is a requirement
• Mandatory possession of a valid TABC Certification
• Necessary transportation and the means to commute to specified store locations are essential
• The capacity to adapt to a varied work timetable is necessary, involving the ability to work during nights, weekends, and holidays
• Non-skid black footwear is a necessary element of the prescribed outfit
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is a bonus, but not essential
• Proficient in building relationships, resolving issues, and fostering collaboration among team members
• Enthusiasm for building lasting guest memories and coaching employees
• Exemplifying a high standard of integrity, reliability, and professionalism
