As the Restaurant Shift Leader, you play a crucial role in overseeing the restaurant's operations and ensuring customers have a delightful dining experience. Setting a positive example, motivating your team, and actively engaging in the restaurant's success are key responsibilities in your position.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and direct team members to ensure efficient and effective task execution, offering guidance, training, and coaching to facilitate continuous improvement in their performance.
- Provide exceptional customer assistance by warmly welcoming patrons, taking their orders, and promptly and professionally solving any customer concerns. Ensure that all staff members are welcoming, observant, and dedicated to delivering a memorable dining occasion.
- Maintaining Food Quality and Safety: Sustaining the level of quality and safety in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Assure the organization and cleanliness of the restaurant are maintained throughout the shift, promptly addressing challenges and escalating significant matters to the General Manager as appropriate.

Required Experience:
- A Food Handler Certification is a vital necessity
- Candidates with a background in fast-food or dining establishments are preferred.
- Strong customer service acumen.
- Competency in thriving under pressure within a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in leadership accompanied by strong communication acumen.
