Cash Desk Attendant

Job Description:

Providing courteous and efficient service to customers during their checkout is the primary responsibility of Cash Desk Attendant at Burger King.

Responsibilities:

• Extend a friendly greeting to customers upon their arrival and bid them adieu with a heartfelt goodbye.
• Conduct customer sales transactions by operating cash registers.
• The duty of a cashier comprises of examining the product prices, scanning them, collecting the payments, and dispensing accurate change amounts.
• Distribute credits, reimbursements, entrance tickets, and leftover coins.
• Assist customers in resolving their complaints by offering relevant information, guiding them through the process, and providing them with effective solutions.
• A clean and well-kept checkout area is a reflection of the store's overall commitment to customer service.
• Ensure balance sheets reflect accurate financial information and notify management of any discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Previous employment in a Retail Cashier or similar customer service position with verifiable experience.
• Basic PC knowledge.
• Experienced in the use of electronic devices, including POS systems and cash registers.
• Good math skills.
• The ability to communicate and manage time well is essential for achieving optimal outcomes.
• Customer satisfactionoriented.
• Having a high school diploma or an equivalent certification is a prerequisite.
