GUEST

• Empowers and coaches team members towards surpassing patron expectations by delivering accurate, congenial, and expeditious service in a hygienically-maintained facility
• In order to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction, hotels must focus on managing the guest experience through efficient operations and timely resolution of any issues that guests might encounter
• By utilizing guest feedback analysis systems, businesses can address underlying issues that impact customer satisfaction and implement corrective measures to enhance the overall guest experience
• Works closely with the local community to identify and execute innovative marketing initiatives that drive positive customer experiences and customer loyalty

PEOPLE

• Leads the restaurant's recruitment and selection process, putting emphasis on building and maintaining a qualified, skilled, and dedicated workforce
• Encourages new team members to succeed during the certification process by providing comprehensive training and guidance
• Inspires and motivates the restaurant staff by efficiently handling recognition programs for both team and individual performances

OPERATIONS:

• Manages restaurant labor efficiently by utilizing an optimal balance of Manager staffing and strategic Team Member scheduling
• Upholds adherence to laws and regulations set by BKC, employment codes, and government stipulations
• Maintains the highest possible standards of operational and branding excellence to ensure customers receive the best possible experience at the restaurant
• Takes on the responsibilities of both Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator as the need arises
